Plenty of ideas and energy to take away from last week’s Preston Street Union Research and Development workshop, brilliantly facilitated by Sovay Berriman as part of our commission for Royal Albert Memorial Museum (RAMM).
There were yoga mats, coloured ropes, inflatable balls, permanent markers and at least three different vegan chocolate cakes. There was stretching, taking the air, making nets, story-time, talking and listening, star jumps, and throwing and catching.
The Custom House on Exeter Quay, once an important gateway to the city, was an appropriate venue in which to focus ideas around the theme of migration.
Thank you Sovay.
